Fully Funded Roche Scholarship for One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich

Applications are now open for the Roche Scholarship to attend the One Young World Summit 2025. Roche, in collaboration with One Young World, is offering this opportunity to four exceptional NHS professionals to participate in the summit, which will take place in Munich, Germany, from November 3-6, 2025.

This scholarship is designed for young leaders within the NHS who are committed to driving sustainable innovation in healthcare. Eligible candidates may be working on initiatives such as:

  • Addressing the root causes and impacts of health inequalities.
  • Developing or implementing innovative treatments or diagnostic methods to improve patient care.
  • Minimizing environmental impact, such as through decarbonizing healthcare supply chains.

Roche Scholarship Benefits

Scholars selected for the Roche Scholarship will receive:

  • Full access to the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich.
  • Travel-related benefits (subject to travel restrictions), including:
  • Private hotel accommodation in Munich from November 3-6, 2025.
  • Round-trip economy class travel to and from Munich.
  • Complimentary meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) provided by the hotel and during the Summit.
  • Public transportation coverage between the airport and hotel.

Roche Scholarship Eligibility

To qualify for the Roche Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be between 18 and 35 years old at the time of the One Young World Summit 2025.
  • Applicants from any country are welcome to apply, but they must:
    • Be based in the United Kingdom.
    • Hold a role within the NHS or an organization collaborating with the NHS.
  • Have a strong understanding of key local and/or global issues.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of developing impactful and innovative solutions.
  • Show commitment to advancing sustainable innovation in healthcare.
